Feeling that I liked this nice hotel after staying for 1 night. I booked king room overlooking city. The staff were attentive and helpful and offered guidance. Its location not too far from West Hoe Park was magnificent and unbeatable. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel in the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. Room service was prompt and the breakfast offered a good variety. the hotel provided a safe storage option for our belongings during our stay. the central location allowed easy access to historical monuments and the motorway.
The AC system in the room was difficult to operate and limited to heating only.

The hotel was amazing! the staff were very friendly and made me feel right at home. the hotel was in a great location, close to the city center and other key locations. They offered a delicious breakfast and free parking , which made my business trip much easier.
That the rooms were a bit outdated, but they were still very clean and comfortable.

the room was large and clean, and the location was convenient for my business meetings. The Wi-Fi internet was also reliable.
My stay was not great. The worst aspects of this hotel were the staff and the food. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed when I asked them questions. The restaurant was also not good. The breakfast was boring and the dinner was overpriced and tasteless. I ended up eating out most of the time.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms with plenty of storage space, delicious and complimentary meals, and on-site secured parking with a staff member to assist you. The location is perfect with many historical places to explore nearby.
